The location is superb, with easy access to the subway just steps away from the hotel. The economy double room was compact yet comfortable, offering good linen and towels. Breakfast, while primarily Korean, provided a nice variety that changed daily throughout my stay. The laundry facilities were an added benefit, allowing me to do my laundry affordably.
Occasional unpleasant smells from the bathroom drains were noted.

the elevators are an absolute nightmare, waiting so long is unreal! i almost expected to be upgraded to a suite for the hassle, but nope. also, the breakfast area is chaotic, why is it so hard to provide a semblance of order? I've really tried to give this place a fair review, but just couldn't.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially since the metro station was just outside the door, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Gwangjang Traditional Market and Myeongdong Shopping Street. I appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very useful during my solo travels. The breakfast served varied each day, with some delicious Korean options that were a nice way to start the morning. However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped at times, which could be improved. Overall, it was a good option for exploring Seoul.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
Fantastic location right by the metro and close to popular attractions! ! Staff were incredibly friendly, assisting with everything and providing fresh towels and bottled water daily.
Breakfast options were quite limiting with no Western dishes, and the elevators were annoyingly slow during peak times.

Decent room quality. Comfortable bedding made for a good night's sleep.
Bathroom carried an unpleasant smell from the pipes. Breakfast options limited to Korean cuisine, lacking western choices. Elevator gets packed during morning rush hours, creating inconveniences. Hotel's last-minute email regarding credit card validity felt unnecessary and stressful for travelers.

Very close to the subway station, making it super easy to explore the city! Friendly staff and daily towel changes were a nice touch. Breakfast offered Korean options and bread for variety!
The communal breakfast area could be a bit chaotic, and it would’ve been nice to have a closet for clothes instead of just hangers.

A convenient location right next to a subway station makes getting around effortless, while the clean and spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after long days exploring the area. Breakfast featured a daily rotating selection of delicious Korean dishes, which added a delightful touch to the morning routine. However, the elevators often became overcrowded during busy hours, making waits frustrating, and the bathroom occasionally had a lingering odor. Housekeeping practices were straightforward, allowing guests to request only what they needed for added convenience.

Perfect Location with a Tasty Breakfast
I had a great stay, particularly enjoying the breakfast which included a variety of Korean dishes that changed daily. The location was fantastic, just steps from Exit 4 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were cordial and efficient, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room during my four-night stay. One improvement could be the elevator situation. it got pretty crowded during the breakfast rush.
